I’ve found myself leaning more toward single origin coffees lately, they just make it easier to pick up on the unique flavor notes and nuances of each region. There’s something really satisfying about being able to taste the differences so clearly.
That said, Hale Espresso didn’t quite do it for me. It wasn’t bad, just not as distinctive or memorable as I was hoping, especially compared to the clarity and character I usually get from single origin cups.
